How Deionix Water Is Made

Multi-stage purification with routine in-house quality monitoring. Both Deionix RO+EDI+UV+0.2 micron final filtration Purified Water and Deionix Ultra Pure Laboratory Water complete all stages below.

Three-Stage Pre-Filtration

Feed water is conditioned through three stages of pre-filtration before entering the purification line.

Double-Pass Reverse Osmosis (RO)

High-pressure, double-pass RO membranes reduce dissolved solids further than a single-pass system.

Electrodeionization (EDI)

EDI provides further ionic polishing, driving TDS and conductivity down to very low levels.

UV treatment supports microbial control across both product lines.

0.2 µm Final Filtration

A final 0.2 µm membrane filter controls fine particulates before filling.

Quality Testing, Filling & Sealing

Each batch is tested in-house — TDS, conductivity, pH and ORP — under the technical supervision of Hegde Laboratory, then filled and sealed for dispatch.
