Our Story
Deionix™ is manufactured by Hegde Autoplast, based in Sagar, Karnataka, with technical and process supervision from Hegde Laboratory, Sagar — a diagnostic institution with over 40 years of experience. That pairing of local manufacturing and laboratory-grade know-how led to a multi-stage purification line built primarily for diagnostic laboratories and research centres.
Every batch goes through routine in-house quality testing — including TDS, conductivity, pH, and ORP — with periodic testing through accredited laboratories where applicable, supporting quality verification and traceability for the professional users who depend on it.
That diagnostic background is central to how Deionix is made. Having spent decades running laboratory equipment that depends on clean, mineral-free water, Hegde Laboratory understands exactly what diagnostic and analytical instruments need to stay accurate and scale-free — which is why diagnostic and research laboratory use is a core focus for Deionix, alongside dental clinics, cosmetic formulation, inverter and battery applications, and selected industrial use.
